1. Eligibility

You retain all rights to images, collages, and other content ("User Content") you upload or create within the App. Scrapp! does not claim ownership over your User Content.

b. License Grant

By uploading or sharing content through Scrapp!, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App and enabling features such as sharing and discovery.

c. Sharing and Visibility

If you choose to make your content public or share it with other users, that content will be visible and accessible by others. We are not responsible for how third parties may use or distribute shared content.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use Scrapp! to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of others.

• Engage in any harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior.

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App without permission.

• Upload viruses or malicious code that could affect the operation of the App.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Scrapp! (excluding User Content), including the software, design, logos, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

6. Account Management

We may suspend or terminate your access to Scrapp! at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Termination will not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to termination.

Scrapp! is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, functionality, or availability of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrapp! and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or inability to access the App.

10. Modifications to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
